1. Introduction
Welcome to Tri-Valley Home Solutions Locksmith. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our locksmith services, including but not limited to lock installation, repair, rekeying, lockout services, and key duplication.
2. Service Area and Availability
Our services are provided within greater Dayton and surrounding areas. Service availability is subject to our operational hours and technician availability. Emergency services may be subject to additional fees and longer response times.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for services will be provided upon assessment of the job. Prices may vary depending on the complexity, time involved, and materials required. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit card & some electronic payment forms. A service call fee may apply regardless of whether the service is completed.
4. Identification and Authorization
For security reasons, we require proof of ownership or authorization to perform locksmith services. You must provide valid identification and documentation proving your right to access the property or vehicle. If you are renting or leasing, we may require verification from the property owner or manager.
5. Liability
Tri-Valley Home Solutions Locksmith is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property or vehicle. We are also not responsible for any damage resulting from incorrect or misleading information provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Warranty
We offer a warranty on our workmanship for 6 months from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in our installation or repair work. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If a problem arises within the warranty period, please contact us for a service call.
7. Compliance with Laws
Tri-Valley Home Solutions Locksmith complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing locksmith services. We are licensed and insured as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it would violate any laws or regulations.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. We may collect and store information necessary for providing our services, including your name, address, phone number, and details about the services requested.
9. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws of the State of Ohio.
